【LV-16】TEM with low KV camera
The LV-16, equipped with high sensitivity and excellent resolution, delivers outstanding performance for applications ranging from 10 to 40 kV.
The LV-16 is the first and only commercially available direct detection camera for low voltage electron microscopes. It features the 10th generation of innovative direct detection device (DDD) sensors. In addition to dramatically superior resolution and a wider field of view, the LV-16 can also provide full-frame, unbinned streaming at up to 92 frames per second (fps) for motion correction or dynamics analysis. For even faster performance, users can acquire data at 281 fps using full-frame readout and 2× binning, significantly increasing the frame rate by reducing the size of the readout array. The LV-16 offers cutting-edge performance and unique features ideal for a wide range of low voltage electron microscope applications, including LEEM/PEEM. It enables direct detection of primary electrons in the range of 10 to 40 keV, representing an innovative advancement in data quality. Its improved resolution brings approximately eight times more information per image compared to MCP + CCD.
